SDJ when one shareholder who has 39m shares continues to sell, now at around 17m for his own personal reasons, PLUS all the NEGATIVE POSTS by HC posters who have NO SHARES implying a cr is imminent, having an understanding of the market has nothing to do with anything. One would of thought even someone like you would be able to work that out.
The ASX are now very strict on what can and cannot be announced so unless it is a MATERIAL announcement companies are restricted in what they can announce. Maybe you should have a read of the listing rules????
If shareholders take note of how Track Concepts is tracking with
NEW SUBSCRIBERS, up from 500,000 to
NOW AT 800,000 Subscribers that to me would be a VERY GOOD indicator for shareholders to assess that the revenues just might be heading up. Im not entirely sure what the average monthly spend would be per subscriber however
800,000 x $2-00 per month would give you $1.6m per month in revenues and 800,000 x $10 per month would give you $8m per month in revenues. So somewhere in between that I would assume.IMO it would be somewhere in that range so just take the half way point and you would come up with a very nice monthly revenue stream, notwithstanding the lag as previously mentioned by the company with the upfront spend taking several months to become profitable. That being said the new business stratergy where we are doing our own buying of customers instead of relying on third parties has been in place since early this year so I would assume the PAY BACK on the spend would have to now be hitting our bank account.
It will be very interesting what this quartely figures tell us because in the event our
REVENUES ARE UP to reflect the massive increase in subscribers it would be my opinion crs would be a thing of the past and those posters may just have some serious egg on their faces.
Oh and SDJ if you want the share price to go up the best thing to do is BUY and HOLD your shares
