no. this is not correct. according to the ceasing to be substantial holder notice, Paxton Gold sold about 10 million shares leaving their current holding to be 4.86% of the company. As for Kitara Investment, according to their ceasing to be substantial holder notice, they hold less than 5% due to dilution of their shares. Both companies still holding. imo dyor.
