Thanks. Thought it stood for personal property security act (was involved with the ppsr "register" in AU in a past contract). Seems so obvious now. The tax holiday and then extremely low 15% rate is impressive! Never heard of anything so generous. In Senegal they had royalties on top of taxes which meant giving up over 50% of your profit after paying off your development costs. 15% is a sweet deal.
