AZL owns no land in Canada, it just has some drilling rights. If you're saying it can suck brine from under other exploration company's claims, then you are also saying that they can suck it from yours. Look at the latest claims acquired by AZL. As I noted earlier, it looks like a pox breaking out with little dots scattered hither and yon.
But good try, comparing it to Thacker Pass, which may not ever start production -- not because of lawsuits, but because of lower costs from other projects. Since you're following E3, compare it to them instead. Their share price seems to be falling at about the same rate.
