spider5 - the current "Scheme of Arrangement " bid for A2B of $ 1.45 + 60c div ( ex div 12/01/24 ) = $ 2.05.
SNC has received $ 2.14 and still retains at least 8% holding, but they miss out on franking credits.
They sold about 25% of shares held - maybe the old saying " A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush "
So you would think on 12/01 the price should drop back to $ 1.45.
