What are people’s thoughts on this? I’m luke warm tbh. A grab of shares for what is their bare minimum job to execute. I’m mean, that’s what decent rem package is exactly for. Then, fully covered by a takeover without limits … can’t lose with a deal like this. A take over would be dismal in my opinion.
