You're a thoughtful kinda' person.
We both know just how much of an imaginative out-there group of risk-takers bureaucrats and administrators are, in general, & the FDA in particular. By the time they see the bandwagon, it's at least half way down the street, eh?
Here's a thought:
Wow. Couldnt believe I was reading those words in a normally dry-as-a biscuit, purely reactionary FDA Guidance document.
Is it possible that they are catching up with/ on to MSB, after all?
