True, but look at some disasters like A2 Milk (A2M), Kogan (KGN), and Select Harvests (SHV). These were all above $10 - 20 for a time before spectacularly crashing to up to 80% below their highs. In the case of A2M, it fell simply on the cessation of the Chinese falling birth rate and China recession fears. The collapse of what is known as the 'diagou' market means A2M will likely never recover to its stellar $20+ price. And let's not talk about the BNPL disaster!
I'm not too fussed on QAN falling below the index. Many others have completely fallen off the vine!
