Hi there OnE.
Not medical advice. I have been putting medicine to the bin most of the time ( I have confessed to my doctors)and replaced them with simple yummy diet, general exercise, meditation, yoga pilates, walking my dogs. And, a couple of glasses of wine every evening which give me happiness and good sleep.
Because of my career in drinks, it was pretty hard to avoid mixing so decided to abandon medicine as such.
