"Please show me where all of these manganese ore producers now plan on producing High Purity Manganese Sulfate for EVs,"

As an investor you obviously don't have a clue, the world's largest manganese ore producers are already far ahead in HPMSM production.

K Hill Battery Manganese Project, Botswana

The K.Hill project in Botswana is expected to produce high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM).

A third high-purity manganese sulfate monohydrate (HPMSM) plant owned by Giyana Metals is planned for South Africa, joining MMC. Jupiter Mines also plans its own HPMSM plant using Tshipi manganese ore. All companies are looking for South Africa IDC financing even though only Giyana’s demonstration plant will be built in the country. Giyani is a battery metal development company focused on becoming one of Africa's first low-carbon producers of high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM). Once developed, Giyani is predicted to be one of the largest producers of battery-grade manganese.

"Jupiter has successfully produced a >99.9% pure sample of High Purity Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate – referred to as “HPMSM” or battery grade manganese – with Tshipi ore and utilising an internally developed hydrometallurgical production process."
" Jupiter is the largest publicly traded, pure play manganese miner in the world, with strong cashflows and zero debt."
"Jupiter is on track to complete its scoping level market entry business case by 31 December 2023."

Considering that JMS can produce Mn ore at 1/4 the cost of EMN and the fact that the grade is 3 x higher than EMN and add to the fact that JMS is cashed up and no debt and has huge shareholders with deep pockets, makes me wonder which company will be the leader and producing first.

    Manganese Metal Co
Our proprietary method for producing HP MSM uses manganese ore instead of HP EMM as starting material. We have developed a highly effective combination of chemical and physical processes to remove impurities from manganese ore and sustainably produce HP MSM crystals with a low carbon footprint. (when compared to the metal dissolution route)
We are currently in the preliminary phase of constructing a small-scale (5,000 tons per annum) commercial HP MSM plant in Mbombela, South Africa, which is expected to be in production by 2026. This plant will be a brownfields capacity addition to our existing HP EMM site.

The biggest problem facing EMN is the cost of power. Even E25 realise the cost of power is a major concern so E25 plans to produce in Sarawak where the power costs are US$0.035/kWh, in Czech Republic the cost of power is 10 X more. " 0.3212€ per kilowatt hour"

"The average price of electricity in the Czech Republic, in June of 2023, has been 0.3212€ per kilowatt hour. Electricity price has increased € 0.1491 kWh, 86.64% since the previous semester."
