1/ It's not just Matt's appointment thats a plus, but also Brians and I like the Magpies board member (Alex ?) and hopefully the new board listen to him.

4/ Still work to be done in HR space to retain staff, but it's doable. I think the industry is about to see 3-5 year employment contracts as the norm and thats a good thing. 600k/ 5 year contracts will be the new standard (or should be). Once the staff have security they ( the entire business) can settle down and just fix cars for a profit.

Agree re the HR space. Just needs to rebuild the team with the right horsepower to make a difference. Not sure his new appointment of CPO is a step towards that?
