Yes you can sell your PARO just like you would the PAR.
At some stage a conversion form will appear on the PAR website, you can also get the form through Automic.
A notice and form will be sent out to all options holders prior to the expiry of those options.
The FPO and the options are independent of each other so you can sell whatever you like in part or in full, they are not connected.
