In fatc the high grade Niobium you talk about is more found on CDR land who have the old quarry on their project land.

MTM are now close to a $7m MC with $800k cash and some dodgy con notes yet to be aprroved.

CDR are well advanced with the best land in the area and high grade REE intersections.

CDR are capped at $4.9m with $2.8m cash.

Far better option then MTM imo and have the dominant land position and the old high grade quarry on their land.
