I get the whole benefit to science / the world, but can someone please explain the near-term commercial benefit to PYC in this move? Sure, I get they will improve their screening of candidates, etc.... but even though they get $4.5m up-front they have to spend $10m at a time where they are trying to do a lot and every $ is potentially very valuable. Maybe they have some insights into managing/sourcing capital that we haven't been told about yet, but is this the best priority for the limited $'s they have right now? Appreciate any insights.
