there will be plenty who would find even the last traded price of 78c " unpalatable "

then is Old mate Hilltribe who finds 30c "unpalatable " but he is prepared to sell 500000 at 30c

What did Nigel pay for his shares ? even at 20c that's $10m for him - maybe that's "palatable" to him to walk off into the sunset rather than years of uncertainty dragged through the courts.

Note I have used the word "Maybe " before you twist the words around to read between the lines to spin your bias.
