I think there's a bit more to this than just the Medicare changes. For example, the market never reacted to the recent 75% revenue growth news as it expected that would disappear due to the LCD. Now that the LCD is gone for good, we have the market not only reacting to the very positive LCD news, but is having an overdue reaction to other recent news such as the revenue growth. There is also the value side, many investors are invested due to how undervalued this stock has been (for quite some time now) and it is likely we are seeing the market finally waking up to that fact as well.

But who doesn't like some good news, I'm always happy for EYE to give us another announcement soon Sales update should come this month actually, will be a bit distorted due to the LCD but I'm hoping they will provide a very bullish outlook (the market is forward looking after all)
