Reduced cash burn has been an unkept pledge for quite some time. Positive cash flow would have negated the need for a capital raise whose convertible notes terms will no doubt be brutal for Novatti.
I see this as one attempted final squeeze of juice to keep this clapped out wheezer spitting a few more gold coins for a few.
I wouldn’t commit a dollar.
