My album is taking ages to show up on the outlets, what should I do?

Grit your teeth, take a deep breath and just sit tight. If the album is showing up in the members area as Outlets Processing, then there isnt a lot we can do. 99% of the time, uploads will take 3-6 weeks. If after 8 weeks, the album is not showing up, shoot us a support request in your members area and we will contact the outlets on your behalf."


Eight Weeks?????? They take your $165 and want you to wait 2 months before you contact them (shoot us a support request). For goodness sakes don't telephone them... then they'd have to deal with it directly. This is a joke!!!


Good luck shareholders waiting for a return. If the 'artists' have to wait 2 months to contact Valleyarm to enquire what the hell has happened to their tracks, then you can be sure this company isn't going to be in a hurry to pass on 'royalties' to either the artists or repay loans.

If their base level customer support is so slack, you can make up your own mind what the rest of the organisation is like.

I bet they don't extend the 'artists' contract by 2 months as a result of their ineptitude.

I saw someone quote that this share will be 10cents by the end of the year. It will be lucky to remain at $0.005 at this rate imo.

If Valleyarm who have been in this business/industry for a number of years couldn't turn a dollar, such that they had to put their hand out for a $300k loan (of which only part has probably been paid), then why would anyone think that this is going to be a rags to riches scenario? If these millions of artists/tracks/dollars are sitting around, then even I could create a website, sign up some artists and do agreements with Bigpond etc.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I'm only sorry I didn't pick up on how much this stock was overramped last week. Might have saved you all a few precious dollars.
