Dilution is an issue for those that couldn’t maintain their percentage in the company, 25% was required to do that.
So if you had 100,000 shares you needed to part with $10,750 to keep your percentage in the company the same.
True believers would have increased their % ownership positions and lowered their averages by a reasonable amount.
EYE is perfect example of how quickly a SP can bounce back.
