this is not good news. anyone know if MCC needs to comply with australian courts or can they just ignore and/or file for bankruptcy - and start a new company again under a different name for 2k AUD.

someone asked tony the risk for this 3 months ago - didnt know payment was due LAST YEAR ! surely it should have been flagged that they are late by 9 months.
