I'll give them props for finding someone willing to lend to them at 12%.
Gross margins of 11% and they're borrowing $1m at 12%. The invested capital position in this business is going to have dramatically change for this to make any sense. They already have $4m in debt.
Just jamming out more mashed potato at a loss isn't going to work.
