Had anyone here put down $100k on WA1 back in late 22 @ 14c that’s double MTM currently you would be a multi millionaire today. So who is to say that could not happen with MTM given the recent deal. It’s all speculation until they find something if they find something. End of the day put your money down and let it ride or go some other places and find a home for it.
