Despite my view that this is worth $10b USD at a bare minimum, I think a major roadblock still exists and is in fact "the" major roadblock.
I know that this has been covered numerous times but I am not convinced that the contract we signed with Acadia and subsequent amendments that aligned to the ROW deal are good for us or any prospective acquirer.
They are too restrictive and a BP (or their legal time to be precise) will likely work this out in the course of any DD process.
I just have this horrible feeling that despite Jon's assurances, the wording of the contract is not favourable - it leaves room for Acadia to block Neuren, if they were to go alone, or BP, were Neuren acquired.
