I have to agree with both of you. For me,the offtake agreements [assuming finance]for medium/longterm is a major key.With the companies very conservative ore price in a time of near record fob prices it gives them fantastic leverage to negotiate.While i still maintain that io price levels will fall due to eventual supply,their costing models will more than make up for this.
Question for Westcott or others,do you think sdl will have any forseeable issues with mining approval from the congo govt,as this is also a key factor,and was it mentioned when this could take place.Thanks in advance.
