Ann: Supplementary Target's Statement, page-200

In NZ we have the Shareholders association, a lobby/market watch group sticking up for the inevitable victims of unscrupulous behaviour which is us little guys. They will fight this kind of thing, is there any such organisation in oz?
There seems to be a bit of uncertainty about what our options/rights/likely path will be if we hold out. The main official lines we are getting is from the Predator which is using scare tactics all the way to flush out those with slightly less conviction. What is the ASX's responsibility in this kind of situation?
How was the vulture able to get all our private details to send those countless emails "urging" us to sell before certain armageddon?
I applaud anyone taking the time to use the ooficial channels in the name of enlightening us all.
