Same boat as you. For me NEU is still high potential but WAY more conservative, whereas DXB is more risky but has enormous room to run imo. Completely different companies and I like them for completely different reasons, DXB I see as generating far higher returns from the current price though. NEU is a nice insurance policy if that doesn't happen lol
