Takeovers are contingent upon the shareholding stack and voting. Retail may have the weight, but effective communication from management re takeover threats can offset retail shareholders greed. PS there would be a lot of SMSF money in this which means patient capital, aka lotta investors will want to see this company peek and reach maximum velocity re MC/SP .This stock pertaining to a takeover will come down to management convincing power and influence through communications. Matt Callhahan and Vince Ippolito wannabe be billionaires not just $10s of millions on the back of this company I am sure of that... both are middle aged men and are already presumably quite wealthy.... IMO. IMO takeover needs to be $5+ which is still chum change for bigpharma in US. All Imo.
