I am expressing the FACT that 4DS memory does not have any meaningful retention, as per their inability to provide any data, even initial sample data, relating to retention. they have made a claim that persistence is evident and tunable, but have expressly not provided any metrics from their testing of this. their refusal to provide any evidence of their claim despite having tested a functional lot demonstrates that either the retention is not significant enough to warrant disclosure in accordance with listing rules, or they are intentionally violating listing rules and not disclosing the testing. I am being generous, and assuming that its the former rather than the latter, therefore, until such time as they provide any evidence to the contrary, there is no evidence that 4ds memory has any degree of non-volatility.
