It would be nice to see one of the milestones kick start this dying dog. The question is whether the FDP/FID is already baked into the price as no-one seems to question that it will be approved.
If one of the milestones does not make it move upwards I would be concerned for downside until first gas or change of ownership. Perhaps new license could make it move.
In any event I would expect people to consider selling out if the price goes up because the previous announcements has not provided anything close to a run.
Lets hope for the new year brings more life to this one. After-all it is the year of the dragon so lets light it up.
