At the very least change the majority of Tim's remuneration to shares, not cash. That would realine him far more with SH expectations. He has been happily jetsetting around the world on a huge corporate salary (especially given the small cap of rfx) for years. All the while the share price is now at 1.4c (pre consolidation value). He has to be laughing at us. He should have left/been given the boot, when the so called production issue was fixed back in Oct 23, when it was not.
