Or alternatively if you want to bet on more stapiblity in oil prices bet on Sinopec
Sinopec needs more stability in oil prices as they are a refiner and distributor.
But heck a PE of 6 and a dividend of 11% and a NBV of 6.5RMB against HK share price of $4
And with the mainland shares trading at a 54 premium (or alternatively the hong kong eqalent shares trading at a disount of 54%).
