That said this is not a surprise and like I read it BRN are stating the CR is supposed to be 70% higher the today's close average 30 cents is the minimum required raise I do hope they get way more.
That said even if we make 10 million we need the funds to drive PoC and potential future products and partnerships may require some coin!
If there was to be no revenue you would have seen a much larger CR and they would likely need to issue 100 million shares. So that said a 2.2 % dilution 70 north of today's close is not the sky is falling news.
