    Hi Cobberroonski,

Regarding class action, I agree - the outcome of this path isn't good for any of us and I do hope we come out of this with enough positivity to make sure there is no need for a class actions. After all, these same holders are in the green at present! Hardly makes the case for a law suit if they are profitable.

But in fairness to the litigators, Nigel did make overly confident statements leading into the Mining license. If i recall he once suggested we would have mining licence as a Christmas gift. I know i topped up on those comments for a trading parcel and ended up keeping the position as a longer term parcel. But at the same time he was making these big statements on value and milestones, he was also aware of the local activities to which he should have been more cautious in making these unfounded statements in interviews and various non asx forums.

Finally. whilst the strategy of focusing on the DRC works well, AVZ's silence has allowed Comminiere and Zinjin to make tangible inroads through social media and into the assets. They are refurbishing our power plan, drilling on our assets etc and I believe that is partially because they were allowed to. I would have preferred Nigel taking a strong position on social media, driving Australian politicians to do something, revving up FIRB and truly doing more on this front. With the benefit of hindsight, he has taken the nuclear approach through litigation so in hindsight he could have done the same elsewhere. I say this with some hesitance as irrespective, i believe we are on the right path towards a successful outcome.
