I suspect that the Chinese are buying pretty much every share that gets sold now. I think that's the strategy, hold the price artificially low, at 60 cents, scoop up share as people run out of patience with the low price, then at some point come in with a better, but still shitty offer, of about 80 cents.
They are playing a long game, unfortunately for us.
