"Wayne just won't look after the share price"
I am not having a go at anyone here but could someone explain to me how a CEO can influence the share price without being in breach of ASIC regulations. The last case I saw was the conviction of a CEO for doing exactly that - albeit for his own personal gain. To me the CEO is responsible for the performance of the company and the performance of the company will impact the share price. What does our CEO need to do better to get the share price up?
