If you look at two of the large shareholders who want to remove OB, you will see that they have quite a lot of experience in business and I'm certain, would have the contacts that would be more than suitable to run the Co.
You don't need a CEO or chairman to have knowledge of the industry to be elected. What they need to do is surround themselves with experts in the various fields.
I'm sure that once OB gets voted out, the remainder of the board won't be far away.
Clean out the dead wood and let the tree blossom and bear fruit is what I say.
( I'm not cross promoting, but have a look at 3DA. The new chairman and CEO knows nothing re alloys for aerospace or 3d printing, but he has employed experts in the field. He cleaned out all the dead wood.
The price has gone from 6.7c to 24c in 6 months- and it's only the beginning for them.)
