Only two conclusions can be drawn from this.1. BRN have no document review process.2. BRN have a document review process.
Both are equally concerning.
If 1. is correct then if follows there are a minimum of two halfwits at BRN.If 2. is correct then it follows that there are at least another two halfwits at BRN.In a company, the negative impacts of halfwits follows the square law principle. Just a few of them will rapidly undo all the dedication & effort of the rest.
