Why don't the shareholders who want OB removed tell us what their plan is, rather than leaving us - or rather you - to guess? Why should we assume that they are being altruistic? And if their plan is to remove the whole board, why not come out and say so?
One reason might be that nobody thinks it would be a good idea to remove Trevor Lockett, for example.
