Dershowitz is/never has been a supporter of Trump. He makes a strong case that Trump's charges are baseless, written books about it, but a lawyer can defend a criminal without being a supporter.
Before you jump with joy I did not admit Trump is a criminal, only that he is being treated as one and Dersh is defending him as one.
