emerging is a dire need for an organised group of screwed shareholders who can confidently communicate and share information amongst each other prior to progressing legal / class action.
what is abundantly evident is that, over an extended period of time, shareholders significant financial interests do not seem to have been managed with fidelity, professionalism or integrity.
