First question on R&D Tax rebate and cashflow/capital raise;

No - not envisaging a capital raise. Enough runway to make most of pipeline opportunity to get to cashflow positive

Shipbuilding - sharing of sensitive information through BAE win and Naval infrastructure - as per reference above.

6 shields - 3 well positioned. No 4 - protect critical infrastructure is well aligned to Home Affairs protection of critical infrastructure. 7bn just in cyber security for defence in the next 7 years.

Europe Office - AUKUS is driving growth in this region. Fastest growing defense spending in recent history. Fujitsu run cloud in UK. Great feedback for Archtis from Fujitsu

Lookahead for 2024;

• Excellent work in 2023
• Nailed 4m POC with DOD
• Bagged BAE and Naval Infrastructure
• Customers now calling for onboarding which is exciting for 2024. Uplift in sales and size of deals will increase.
• Hit sweet spot for sizeable chunk of market and very real for AR9
• Focus - cashflow positive, large deal with DOD and large international contract
