Well no, did you read the rest of my comment? your source isn't a paper at all, its a letter to a journal. Its like writing a letter to your local newspaper. The sourced material within the letter come from a book, not a research paper. And the sourced material from the book are dated and have since been updated by those authors.
That's some great critical thinking, about the level of critical thinking I'd expect from certain posters here. Have you got a better source?
