The sale is worth 13c a share, 11c will be distributed. The remaining 2c will remain in the company, plus the residual value of the company assets (lets say 1c). So your shares are worth a minimum of 14c. Trading at around 11c today because there are many who will want to cut and run which means buyers and holders can still make an easy 20% over 6 months.
Think I'll hold onto mine, no downside risk from here, plus there is always a chance of a higher bid (although unlikely).
