Looks as though Paul is happy to kick the can down the road by releasing the quarterly in the last dying days of January. Quite frankly, it doesn't really matter. Everyone knows it's a pretty average organisation and that it struggles to meet any/all key indicators.
It must be sad and lonely sitting in a plush room in Perth with nothing to say after two months.
