This is probably good news for local shareholders but dual listing can be a problem.Firstly, the potential for arbitrage trading and secondly, the possibilty of delisting here.(I did hold shares in a local company that promised to stay dual listed then dropped the local listing which created a lot of problems).
In the long term, TLX may be impacted more by Clarity (CU6) which is trailing by a few years but may prove to be superior for both diagnosis and treatment.
