it's all Ego & ignorance from the top
Trade shows weren't delivery sales years ago so why throw money and time at them year in year out
it's all for show
they have been told to tighten expenses for years and focus on ways to generate strong revenue cost effectively - this advice has obviously been ignored
poor leadership = poor results
change is desperately asap to save this sinking ship
