I'm not talking about an OTA . At least not in the sense you are referring the traditional interpretation.I'm more about a ' Collateral ' contract agreement or multi agreements including and not limited to a Direct Investment ' Swap ' , partnership , and leveraged inputs ....which of course may or may not include an OTA .....including one to effectively ourselves.......
There are a lot of moving parts in my thesis.... However a lot of them do seem to be coming together . And with the blessing of Quebec , it might just happen. With any luck.....
