That doesn’t change the point at all. Whether they are FTE’s or contractors, they’ll be forced to move to other sites and the NT isn’t as blessed as WA or QLD for options so invariably those workers move on. Generally in situations I’ve observed, shareholders massively underestimate how hard it is for a company to get an asset out of C&M.
Usually it ends up being the job of new owners, some years down the track.
