It is a bit dissapointing that there is a delay, however it is a needed move.
The extension has to be done first giving another 6 months for each extension, if it is not done, they go ahead with just voting the company in and there happens to be ANY unforseen delays, its all over. playing it safe by getting an extension first is the way to go.
Though I do foresee a possibility of traders selling and buying back later perhaps.
