You're blindly following what the market is doing without knowing why. The sell-off is likely driven by Kinetic's liquidation requirements rather than by fundamental issues with the company itself. There is further uncertainty around whether or not the shares have been dumped already or if there is a block trade to come. This is when pimples pop up on the forum and try to create more fear.
A fund being forced out rather than choosing to adjust/sell their holdings after a reevaluation of the company's fundamentals are two different things. What has apparently happened to Kinetic is an opportunity for longer term investors.
